the location was excellent. it was close to many places i wanted to see. the staff was friendly and efficient at check in. the room had everything i needed. it was spacious and clean.

one evening, i returned to my room. i found it unlocked. thankfully, nothing was missing. i am certain that i closed and locked the door before leaving that day. the manager did not apologized for the serious security issue.

the entrance lobby is beautiful. our historic studio suite interior view was very clean and the bed was very comfy. i enjoyed the teller's bar. the staff was friendly. overall it was a pleasant stay.

matthew was a great staff member and was friendly to chat with. he helped with bags while i waited near the exit. the concierge at the front desk was really cute. matthew always offered assistance.

the room had everything i needed for a short stay including a stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher. a window opens providing some fresh air. the room was spacious. it was also clean and well maintained.

teller's bar has delicious food and awesome service. the daily ritual cafe is right there for a morning coffee. it was nice to have a bar in the building. andrés was especially friendly at the bar.

the location is perfect downtown. this makes it very convenient to get around. it is within walking distance to the cn tower, union station, and ripley's aquarium. direct access to the path is available.

the location is prime. it sits in the business district with easy subway and path access. i found the underground corridors to be a short walk from the hotel. our room was clean and had temperature control.

i found that onsite parking was unavailable. i had to walk three blocks to get back to the hotel after finding parking. the toilet ran all night. the staff said they could fix it when i left. it was not a great resolution.

The gym lacks a modern touch. Its equipment felt little outdated.
